City Hostel Pest - בודפשט

We had reservation but there was no place for us. We had to sleep in other hotel.

Location is excellent - right next to the Danube riverfront and very close to all the attractions. We went to see all the attractions on foot. The room was clean and its an excellent value for money hostel.

We bought the parking facility along with the room to park our car. The staff didnt explain the parking instruction properly which caused some confusion and we ended up parking in the wrong place. Clearly ask the staff for instructions about the parking as it can be confusing. The hostel is on a one way street and if you are driving to it make sure that you dont miss a specific turn otherwise you will end up driving all the way to the end of the street. The communal kitchen facilities were a tad unclean.

The staff was unhelpful and not that friendly. The facilities, my room, and the bathroom were very dirty!

Good price and localisation - close to city centre, few minutes walk to nearest metro staion, good conection to an airport. Perfect accomodation for young poeople!

It is close to the street with restaurants and bars and it is quite close to the city center.

The stuff tries to be friendly and helpful but sometimes I felt kind of bad attitude towards me and my family. It is full of loud, young people.

Its quite well located, in an impressive building, young staff and very nice, free access to internet...

Some of the clients are young students and they are a bit noisy, but is not a big problem anyway.

seperate toilette cabin in the washroom was very tight. breakfast was served in a pizzaria and was a little bit disapointing (bread with pizza toppings but without baking). wi fi only in the reception area.

Wi-Fi not available in the room but only beside the reception area. Not so convenient for those who wish to consult the web comfortably. Bathroom and toilet sharing not so good.

Cheap, good location, friendly staff and very clean!! Best value for money!!

It is close to city center; cheap if you do not come with a car (there are competitive offers if you include garage fee to the price)

Shared bathroom can not be locked from inside - you are still in tension that some stranger opens the second door (bathroom is shared for two independed rooms).

i like this hotel becaus it is next to the center city of budapest and not expansive.

Absolute value for money, good location in the semi-pedestrian street about 10-15 min walk from the tourist city centre (not to mention that this street is a tourist place itself, but a less crowded and cheaper one), welcoming and helpful stuff. Pizza outside the hostel was the cheapest and friendliest place to eat we ever found in Budapest.

Kitchen was a bit dirty, no WiFi in rooms (not too much of a problem, though). No equipment other than beds, a table and a locker, but that's ok for a hostel.
